There was a Walmart exclusive of black widow with the jacket and the regular thunder strike from the ‘Joe fixit’ BAF had the jacket as well. They were all on the avengers roster at the time.
the jacket might be a new sculpt but it's a seperate piece. So the arms mold are not related. THere's been quite a few of jacket fabric texture arms in the past so it's a reasonable reuse.
