@@hendabdelfattah805 Set up a regular study routine, one that is realistic and that you can stick to. Include time to study new language (vocabulary, grammar, etc...), to practice speaking and also to review. Try to use materials that you find interesting so you are motivated and excited to learn. Then start....the long walk begins with the first step, and then the next and so on. 😄

Secret 1: Focus on the gist ( the general meaning of the conversation/ podcast..) 2. Meditation listenning ( just relax, focuss on the sounds around, do not try to understand all words...

Thanks for that tip. It really helped me because I used to try to understand every single word till I found one of your videos telling me that we drop some letters but try to focus on the stressed words or the most important. It really helped me when I hear a scene and I focus on the most important and try to make a relation with the situation
