Aortic Dissection during FFR

Aortic dissection is a dreaded nightmare complication of PCI. We discuss a case of an attempted FFR procedure that lead to a coronary dissection that extended to a severe aortic dissection. We discuss management of aorto-coronary dissections including the use of covered stents.
