Great analysis, really learnt a lot. Only critique would be I think you skipped the illaoi pick after augment choice at 3:50 being quite fortunate, not sure would of had strong enough board for initial win streak without. All the econ explanation was great and I learnt more about econ than I have from other vids

I remember my first (and so far only) 3* 5 cost. Set 6 Tahm Kench. Totally deleted the super stacked Cho'Gath that was dominating the lobby. Merc was kinda OP when it decided to high roll.

Honestly, I feel like Nautilus is one of, if not the strongest 4-cost 3* unit. He just casually stuns the entire board for 9 seconds and can also chainstun them

Reforged the Evenshroud that was on Amumu.
Didn't make the final edit but Dishsoap chose to reforge the Evenshroud because he doesn't need Evenshroud since he hit an Irelia that gives your team Sunder
I feel like I’ve hit more 3* 4 costs this patch than ever before, still no legendaries though
I got 3* Hwei and the other 2 dudes just surrendered same round, I didn't even get to see what it does 😢

I never hit a 3* legendary in any set. I hit two in this set already. Hwei does help to find the last 1 or 2.

18:15 Can someone explain what "critical mass" means in this context
Typically taking too many econ augments is very bad due to lacking combat power, and will fall off late game compared to other players who took combat augments. However if you have so much economy to the point where you can hit a 3-star 4/5 cost your lack of combat augments don't really matter
My toxic trait is that I think I can go into a ranked now and do the same 😶🌫

@@ik9363 If the concept of "entertainment" has an objective category for you rather than a subjective one, then I'm not even sure about the 20 iq value... Of course to improve my game I would be much more interested in watching a top-3/top-2 game from an ultra-bad start and shit items. Someone likes only highroll top-1 games where the game brings everything to you on a platter. But it's normal: for some people rap and TikTok videos are the top of the iceberg in terms of quality and the most useful content in their life, someone comes to the comments under the video just to insult a person, to mock, to wish death and disease...People are different, respectively, and opinions (although unreasonable in most cases) are also different.
Yeah, I just find it kind of annoying that the answer to this video's title is "winstreak with a winstreak augment and highroll". No hate to Frodan, he still broke down the game really well.
@raredog2025 I don't necessarily disagree with most of what you said. But yeah, it's the tik tok generation. Clearly what gets the views is highroll, flashy, 10 fortune 3* 5 cost types of games. So whenever someone comes to the YT comments and says "lol it's a highroll game" it's kind of a head scratcher.
But yeah, I'd like seeing how amazing players like dishsoap/huanmie etc pilot a lowroll spot to a 3rd or 4th place for example.
The odds that you would achieve a board of similar strength to his in this exact lobby are basically zero. Even Challenger players could easily fumble his spot. There's a lot to learn from how the best players pilot highrolls as well. I'm sure you've had many games where you felt like you had a really good spot, but weren't able to convert. This main point of this video is the analysis anyways.
