:- ingredients.
Bendakaya Curry.
1/2" kg' ladies finger.
1" inch size cutting.
Perfect cutting.
Keep it a side.
Add the 2" chopped tomatoes in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.
Stove on pan.
Add the 3" Tbls ' of oil.
Add the chopped ladies finger.
Roast.
Perfect roasting.
Transfer the fried ladies finger in a plate.
Keep it a side.
Same pan.
Add the 1" Tbls ' of buy seeds.
3" green chillies.
Curry leaves.
2" chopped onions.
1" Tbls ' of ginger garlic paste.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
Mix well.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
Add the blended tomato paste.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
1" Tbls ' of garam masala.
1" Tbls ' of coriander powder.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
Mix well.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
1" small cup curd.
Mix well.
Little water.
Saute for 2-3" minutes.
Add the fried ladies finger in a curry.
Mix well.
1" glass of water.
Add the salt to taste.
Mix well.
Cook for 6-8" minutes.
1" Tbls ' of kasturi methi.
Mix well.
Add the coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Bendakaya Curry is a ready.
