Talk with immigration lawyers who really deal with those who want to come legally , they will probably be able to show you the reality of the situation which you dont know as I see it

You don't investigate criminal acts performed by USA citizens towards those who want to enter legally. I reported to the FBI about the USA citizens acting in a criminal group , but no reaction at all
