The band on the top of your tongue at the end was Faces, and the song Stay With Me.. I saw your reaction to it, and Chris Robinson has always channeled Rod Stewart on stage.. Very similar, and the both bands were similar..
I love The Black Crowes. Their song "Wiser Time" is one of my favorite songs. The pedal steel intro is everything. The Robinson brothers had issues with one another. I thought that may be the reason they weren't as successful as they should have been. There is a video here of them covering Velvet Revolver's song "Oh Sweet Nuthin". It was filmed in 2013 and Rich is singing lead. Phenominal cover and well worth a listen.
I am married and older now, but, every-time I hear “She Talks to Angels” it takes me back to some wild times in my life and memories of a woman that was just always out of reach. She never let me get too close. I have no regrets, and she certainly had her issues, but, we danced for a few years until it was all too much for her. Sometimes it feels like the Crowes wrote that song about her. Suicide is a hell of a thing. Lessons of guilt and pain. Alas, without that experience I would never have won over my wife and be the person I am today.
This is definitely my favorite Crowes tune. Sometimes another one will sneak up and grab my attention for a minute but this is the jam! That intro alone is cooler than anything most bands could hope to put down on a record.
This has always been my favorite Black Crowes song! I absolutely love the slowdown that begins at 3:42 mark! I always end up turning up the volume at this point...
They're the best example of '70s rock revival -especially the British-flavored. So much so that when the great Jimmy Page wanted to revisit his Led Zeppelin roots he toured and recorded with these guys ("Live at the Greek" album).

Yes. This is what you get when you mix The Faces with Humble Pie.
When this record came out I instantly liked the band.
Great and under appreciated band from the 90's . Fantastic live show.
"Thorn In My Pride". Same album. Great tune!
Jamel! You finally got to the Black Crowes. Awesome choice and reaction! A lot of other great songs by them.
Another great Atlanta rhythm section.
"Wiser Time" by them is an amazing track!
Ahhh, love that you're back on Black Crowes, gotta get to Hard To Handle too
About time. More great Black Crowed: "Thorn in my Pride", "My Morning Song", and "Sometimes Salvation" (for a start)
I have missed these guys and that voice. Black Crowes 🤘🤘🤘
I recently discovered your channel and have been loving all your reactions, great job man! This is one of my all time favorite songs.
"Wiser Time" and "High Head Blues" are two of their greatest songs.
Another GREAT band from GA! From the Allman Bros. to REM, to the B-52s, Collective Soul to Mothers Finest, GA is a musical state.
Great reaction Jamel. We all need the Remedy. We need more black Crowes. Very Unrated band😀👍❤️✌️🌼
I've seen The Black Crows live. The three best shows I don't remember.
lol I saw Van Halen back to back shows Friday and Saturday once. I remember none of it.
