Yes, this song was totally dedicated to....... hahahaha. This was their statement. This is why the sang this Cypher after years of not performing it. Also UGH. They were totally a statement. They decided to fullfill their military duty (as they already wanted and decided years prior) and not letting the Government played anymore with the idea of excemption.
And Cypher Pt. 3 had been banned prior to the Busan Concert from Korean Television

IN fact bts concerts are very hard to get a ticket and they do stadiums only all over the world bts live are even better than studio recordings for us armys 💜 their stage presence is one of the best in the world for me

random but i've always loved bts live more than their studio versions- just because of the live band! It's so kickass
If you liked 'Cypher Pt.3: Killer', you'll like 'UGH!', which they also performed at the Busan show.
My favorite Rap line songs (of the 3 rappers in BTS) are 'Ddaeng', 'Cypher Pt.4', 'Outro: Tear' and 'UGH!'. Maybe you like it too. One suggestion is you check out the lyric video with the song in the studio first, and then the live performance, ARMY doesn't mind watching long videos. You can also search the live performance and put "eng sub" at the end.
I would like you to check, still from the Busan show, the performance of 'Ma city' + 'Dope' + 'Fire' + 'Idol' (they sing in sequence without pause, and you can get a sense of the synergy of them all together on stage ), 'Zero o'clock' + 'Butterfly' which is just the vocal line, and 'Epilogue: Young Forever + For Youth', these last two are very precious songs for ARMY.
But I don't want to burden you too much so I'll stop here. You can watch the full show too if you prefer, it's a good option to get a sense of how many different genres they can cover, and ARMY would definitely watch. 💜

You should react to UGH Live from Busan concert. People/The Music Industry try so hard to put BTS in a BOX but BTS doesn't fit in any box. There concerts are a full buffet of all kinds of different tasty genres of music. Don't slip on the stage because they leave every drop of their blood, sweat on tears out there.

Yes you can watch the whole concert online this was just the rap line Cypher they do vocal line songs as well. Gives them a break between group songs. This concert was amazing. I have watched it several times already. Maybe because you don't know the meaning behind run bts or don't know them enough the song would not be as good to you but run bts is amazing one of Army's new favorite songs.

This was literally the last time they were ever going to perform Cypher Part 3; they have now retired this song. There are versions of this that have had the lyrics added. There is a vocal line (4 of them) and the rap line (3 of them). They also do subunit tracks. Also, I completely disagree with you saying this one is "so much better than Run BTS". It is different, since it's literally just the rappers and it's a CYPHER so it's a completely different style of song... not to mention Run BTS has full choreography WHILE singing. BOTH are amazing for completely different reasons.
Cypher 3 is more badass. Run bts is more difficult because of the "heart pumping" choreography. Imagine that you have to sing while dancing like that. Every army has their own preference. That is why it is so difficult for us to rank their songs collectively.

never use auto generated but dont ignore the lyrics altogether find one that has it cause lyrics are one of the main reasons bts are big. cause they write them themselves and are based on their lives/experiences/deep topics like mental health, social issues etc
cypher 3 is a diss to their haters. and the way they performed it here they were aiming it at their government.
"fuck you i dont care you cant control my shit" they would normally censor the "fuck" and only say the "shit" in this line in previous concerts.
they said that because this is their last concert as a group before they leave for the military. the government was trying to control their lives by prolonging the decision to either exempt them or have them go so after this concert they announced themselves that they will serve not even letting the government have a say in their future they just decided they will serve without anyone else making that decision so knowing this after they performed this (as government people were in the audience) if felt like a slap in the face of the government.
BTS has 3 fantastic rappers! RM, Suga, and J Hope all have different styles, but together they mesh and put on a killer show! They each do solo stuff also.
RM and Suga both started out in the Korean underground rap scene, J Hope started as a dancer, and learned to rap from the other two after they all were signed with Big Hit.

The Busan concert was viewed by over 50M worldwide. it was a free concert with a free live stream.
The free-of-charge “BTS ‘Yet to Come’ in Busan” concert was held in support of Busan’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo and represented an attempt to introduce the city and Korean culture to global audience.
After a change of venue, the physical component was held at the city’s Asiad Main Stadium and attracted some 50,000 in-person guests. An additional 10,000 people in the city watched a live retransmission at the Busan Port, and a further 2,000 gathered in Haeundae, the tourist area that recently played host to the Busan International Film Festival.
Oh yes the whole concert is in bits on CZcams. I watched this concert live on the worldwide live stream. Then I watched it again at the Cinema in on the 1st of Feburary this year. This was a free concert BTS gave to support Busan's City Bid of the World Expo Trade Convention. The Concert was over subscribed it's a huge stadium and they had over spill onto Busan City Beach on huge screens as well as beginning live streamed across the world. BTS are true performer's the live for stage.
I've seen BTS live at Wembley Stadium best concert I've ever been too and I've been to a lot of stadium concerts to the biggest bands since 1979.

You should react to the full concert for sure, but I think you will also enjoy their live performance at the MMA 2019 /2018 (both) and the song "louder than bombs", which they have not performed live to my knowledge.
I'm a metalhead, but I LOVE these guys, they're just top tier and yet super humble.
cypher 3 is a classic, they came with this song in 2015/2016 and has no music video. believe it or not is a B-side track.
a lot of their concert is a lifetime experience.. but my favourites are this busan concert, then J hope at lollapalooza, Permission to dance concert in Vegas, Love yourself concert in Seoul, and not forget to their concert in Brazil.

Yes it was just the Rap line of BTS. BTS is based in Hip Hop both RM and Suga (aka Agust D) were part of the underground hip hop scene and J-hope was a street dancer and didn't start to Rap until hearing RM and Suga. Hip Hop is in their blood. All 7 members are Song Writers, Composers and Producers and solo artists. They live for the stage. They do use many different genre's as they feel like it and mix genre's as well.
They have complete creative freedom and all 7 members have the outstanding honour of being Full Members of the South Korean Copyright Association which not an easy thing to achieve.
Suga aka (Agust D) as a Rapper has just smashed Drakes record by selling on over 1million Physical copies of his new solo album D-Day.

Since you’ve reacted to these, you might also be interested in watching their performances of MIC DROP, Dynamite and Butter they did at this concert too. Other than Cypher Pt.3, the rapline also performed UGH, which is a really badass song (you should check it out) and we got two vocal line (Jin, Jimin, V & Jungkook) performances as well of ‘Butterfly’ and 00:00(Zero O’clock).
Some ARMYs screenrecorded the full concert and it’s up on CZcams for anyone to watch! Just search ‘BTS Yet To Come in BUSAN full concert’ and it should show up. I recommend watching it from the channel ‘BTS LIVE 2020’ cause its got the best quality (in my opinion) of all fan reuploads and those with english subs either lag (in the screenrecording) or have bad audio! Bts have 4 cyphers, look up for cypers 1-4 no mv but there are armys who generate the subtitle. Also after knowing the lyrics, there are performance cypher medley where they do some parts of 1-2-3(not the whole) also 4. They have the song "ddaeng" which we believe its cypher 5 lol. But so much double triple meaning, reading the lyrics isnt enough, we have to find the explanation by dkdktv, you know... to find the bts song meaning, you have to be smart. Lol. And yeah only after youre ready, try to react to their solo song. Each of bts rapline has a mixtape. Each mixtape are great great great, masterpiece. To be honest, i like suga mixtape more than the others. Suga spit fire while rapping, but the lyrics are really deep, when he sings&rap you can feel his pain. Oh i almost forgot, they have song TEAR, its about disband/break up. Its a really good song. Try to find bts tear lyric live

Cypher 3 is my fave among the 4 cyphers. Next would be Outro Tear. The rappers were on fire. I am not sure how they breathe. You may want to check lyrics first and then the live performances for better appreciation of their rapping and writing kills

So, you liked this performance better, true. You think this performance is more enjoyable, true. This performance was better than 'Run BTS,' FALSE. That is not a fact, it's subjective. You can't state it as a fact. I LIKED the Run BTS performance better, but I would not say it IS better. Besides, it's almost like comparing apples and oranges. The Cyphers are sung by the rap line, while 'Run BTS' is sung by the entire group. Anyway, I enjoyed your reaction. I think you may be turning ARMY 😂

I think it’s because he reacted to the Bangtan Bomb version of Run BTS / Mic Drop so the audio wasn’t that great. Please react to other songs first and then watch and react to RunBTS again after. Not the Bangtan Bomb video, please. There’s another one uploaded by BangtanTV. The stand-alone one.

Run BTS is about their nine-year career with each other all the members of BTS and their army fans it's very personal and meaningful to BTS army fans and to BTS! Could be it's your opinion but you should really keep your opinions like that to yourself don't be saying in your opinion one song is crap and another song is better because the one you think is crap is probably really emotional and personal to BTS and BTS army fans you've only been doing reactions for about three weeks.
BTS are not a singing group BTS RA family BTS and their fans are not just a group that has fans BTS and BTS army fans are family!
Sorry dude, but I'm not sure it works to compare Cyphers or any of the great songs by the 3 rap line members to crazy good hype songs like Run BTS by all 7 members with extremely difficult choreography and including the 4 vocalists. You are comparing apples to oranges. Run BTS is a BTS Army favorite and CZcams reactor favorite that debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 and that Busan performance blew people completely away. BTS Army has been waiting for months to see that first choreographed performance at the Busan concert and we were not disappointed. Previously they only released a lyric video.
You will find that most of us like ALL of their music.
