You need to hydrate and moisturize acne prone skin too, so that the skin can breath. Failing to moisturize acne prone skin will cause an over production of oil. Ladies with acne: drink lots water, moisturize, stay away from harsh chemicals!

if yall have oily skin make sure to use a water base moisturizer , because there is oil in cream moisturizers so yall just adding more oil on oill

I would recommend if you are oily (like me) don't skip out on moisturizing. Often times oily skin is a result of dehydration causing your skin to work overtime thus producing excess oils. Also, don't forget your neck ladies! 😉

S. Cardenas hey girl I just got the cetaphil and I got the one that says all skin type but under that there stands for face and body .. and then there’s one for only your face which one will help me get rid of acne ? Because people said the face and body does harm to your skin it won’t work :(

i would switch to the Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner its still very cheap but doesn't contain alcohol as the Neutrogena

Pro tip: if you still wanna moisturizer over your breakouts use tea tree oil. It'll moisturizer your skin just like vitamin e oil but the tea tree will kill the bacteria in the acne. Also if you can't find vitamin e oil in a bottle like she has just pick up a jar of capsules and take a needle to pop the capsule. Works just the same and you know it'll be 100% vitamin e and not a blend of other oils.

i think it works different for everybody and people should find what works best for their skin. i apply only two drops all over my face and it's never dried me out. it makes my pimples go away overnight and over time it's healed my acne scars.

Every night before I go to sleep, I put my vitamin E oil on, then I also take two vitamin E vitamin pills. I got the actual vitamin vitamin E pills from Walmart, you should try that too! Love your channel :)
I have never seen anyone else use that toner which made me sad bc I'm in love with it and if I don't use it even for a day, I can definitely see a difference. So it was amazing to see you using it

I used Cetaphil cleanser too and it works so well for my skin because it is sensitive. I suggest one day you try ACV (Apple cider vinegar) and water to dilute it as a toner. Helps with discoloration if you have any. 🦋

I LOVE Bio Oil. I've been using that stuff for 3 years straight now. You are the first person on CZcams I've ever heard mention this stuff. It might be $11-$13 but it works. Don't sleep on Bio Oil yall! 👌🏽
It's different for everyone. Some people can pit oil on their acne and help heal it. Natural oils like Jojoba and grape seed oil are close to our oil sebum. Guys do what works for y'all.

I heard a lot of unwanted chemicals are used in Mario Badesco sprays, and there isn't even real rose water in it, just fragrance of it. If I were you or anyone else I would stop using that and use what I have found- Heritage Store rosewater! The only two ingredients is water and rose flower oil! PLUS it is waaayyy cheaper! Like only 7 bucks a bottle. It's been working wonders on my skin, super nourishing and moisturizing. xo love your vids girl

Most people who are oily actually are only oily because of the lack of hydration in the skin causes overproduction of sebum. Drinking lots of water, letting your face air dry after washing instead of using a towel and using an oil that's a 0 on the comedogenic scale is great like sunflower oil, safflower oil, or hemp seed oil, if you want to use a cream for your face the only chemical free one I recommend is the Everyone brand unscented lotion, it's lotion texture, fragrance free, and certified ewg verified. A mix of apple cider vinegar and water on cotton rounds is also a dream toner and helps with acne and dark marks.

Y’all know this routine is not going to help unless you have naturally nice skin, good genetics or normal (normal to dry) skin…yes you can get breakouts occasionally but doesn’t mean you have acne prone skin. I used so many drugstore products especially Neutrogena made my skin dry, burn and breakout more & Cetaphil does nothing for me, barely even cleans…I have acne but not as bad as I used to before I started using essential oils…Skincare routines regardless are fun to watch but don’t follow it if you know how you’re skin is & what works for you.

No, you're right. I always click on these vids. because the people in them have such good skin. then I watch them and I'm like, "where's the acne treatment?" There's no way in hell I would get away with doing this. Also, for me not moisturizing my acne spots makes them so much worse.

Everyone is different. Oils and moisturizing helps clear my acne. Trying to dry it makes it worse. So, I mean, keep that in mind. You could be making your acne way worse than what it needs to be.

I have been using cetaphil and the Neutrogena pore refiner toner . I saw results the NEXT day . My skin is the clearest it has ever been . If possible may you post a lip care routine, my lips are ALWAYS dry and cracked and nothing seems to work.

Idk about everybody else but I agree with what she said about letting your pimples dry out because if I moisturize afterwards my pimple seem to eat the moisturizer 😭😭 so instead I use aloe Vera if I ‘have’ to moisturize but my skin isnt prone to dryness anyways . 🤷🏽♀️
Essential oils actually cleared my acne! After trying so many chemical products I finally met a natural esthetician who educated me. Certain oils such as tea tree oil, lavender oil and vitamin E oil are actually non comedogenic meaning they do not clog your pores. Also some of these oils have antibacterial and antiseptic properties that draw out impurities from deep with in your pores!
