We're 3/4s of the way done with CrossFit Quarterfinals! Watch me do workout 3. It was probably my favorite workout of quarterfinals, unfortunately, I think I left a few reps on the table.
3 rounds:
10 handstand push-ups
20 toes-to-bars
2 rounds:
10 strict handstand push-ups
5 rope climbs,15 feet
1 round:
10 chest-to-wall handstand push-ups
20 muscle-ups
Time cap: 15 minutes
I complete 128 reps!

First and first like
Couple things as an observer.
1) This may have been on purpose, but I noticed that you lose precious seconds taking a step back/forward from the handstand push-ups and coming off the toes-to-bar. Can you shake your arms closer to the mat rather than take a few steps back and forward. I know you're doing the quarterfinals just for fun and not to get to the next stage.
2) Didn't you have time to test the camera positions (and early recording) before the workout with the class nearby?
Good job overall. As you noted, you could improve the execution, which makes it unnecessary to re-do it since this is only for fun. Smash the final workout.
