I remember my last job, I was doing more than anyone had done and the company was basking in profit. They tried to not pay me my worth I threatened to walk away and my team also backed me up. So they had to pay for that expertise. It’s a combination of fighting for what your worth and having the industry of allies fight for you too.

Being timid and sweet, facts, can play a role. Men are aggressive which is normal and acceptable, they lead. Women are not men. Please people in this world, let the men be men and lead the way.
