- This is Priyanka's urban life, a daily vlog in bengali. It tries to depict the urban lifestyle of a bengali housewife. Today we visited Siddha Galaxia phase 2 in rajarhat main road. It is a under construction project and main attraction is the sky walk with all modern amenities.

New Town itself is a new city.If you think about development .........New Town is the only place.We live in South Kolkata.....Recently booked a premium flat at new town........my life is delighted!I don't want to stay here,over crowded polluted area...NEW TOWN IS A DREAM PROJECT.

I had purchased a flat (Ophelia 204) in Siddha Galaxia Phase II. While booking the flat, Marketing people told that there were ample open parking spaces. While allotting, I found it's about 400 metres away.
I being a senior citizen , find it extremely difficult. If I have to take out my car twice, it means walking 1.6 kms, whether it is raining, summer or me having a bag full of vegetables .
I have requested them for last 6 months for a location near me. They have multiple better options, which they are keeping for new bookings.
So pl be aware of your parking ( and not only the flat).

The residents of Siddha Galaxia is suffering a lot because of various issues..
Dear Investors and Buyers.. Please beware before investing your hard earned money.. Try to contact some residents of Siddha Galaxia and try to understand the reality of Siddha... Thereafter, decide...
Frankly speaking... the entire journey with Siddha and its management is very painful and frustrating.
May be you r right. Viewers r advised to cross check before investing...
All the projects of siddha are very below average

Its been three to 4 months since we visited. Property prices are changing fast. You should check with the builder...
