Hi, glad you are doing good they told me not to be lifting because it can put pressure on your eye and they don't want that it can do something about the build up of pressure behind the eye. They also said to me not to be bending down much also same thing and where you was saying in the other video that you just put the gown over your clothes I've never heard of that either. I had to take off clothes and shoes and wear the gown but i was put under didn't have the twilight i guess it depends where you live I'm from KY. See you in the next video 😊
