Wish I could tell Steve his father seemed to be such a lovely guy I would have liked to meet. Bobs shows are being re-run here in UK and have been for 12 months or so & watch every episode I'm able to. Such a lovely bloke & fabulous artist! I loved the little Robin he took care of. Much respect, I was only a kid in the 80's & back then his shows weren't broadcast here in UK, only recently have I discovered him & his work. So wish I could have met him. R.I.P Bob, you will live forever!

Wow, the Kowalski's made a 20,000 investment turn into millions and a lifelong business for their children. Too bad they couldn't feature Bob's son and Dana on the Bob Ross documentary and who btw don't receive a dime from his fathers company.
I believe Steve lost his case against Bob Ross Inc last year. Shame. I paint wet on wet in Bobs style but refuse to put any money in their pockets. I buy second hand only. Steve would do great on CZcams with his own videos.

Bob most likely would of taking over Bills show. I dont know how she manipulated Bob to leave his job with Bill. It's saddening how Steve, Bob flesh & blood, is left out. Bob 'Hated' his hair so much & she didn't 'allow' him to change it because of a logo!? -People loved Bob for Bob not his hair. People would of gotten over the hairdo. How would she feel to have a head of hair she despised only to have her tell her you can't change it!! Ah! She Maddens me! ~ *Sorry for the rant* Im glad you only buy second hand to avoid supporting her empire.

Ah.... the secret to being able to paint a painting in under 30 minutes is out!!! Bob, according to Steve had to paint it about 7 or 8 times, apparently improving the time and fine-tuning the color selection, composition, and perspective as necessary each time......
I saw the documentary it said they lacked funding to sue the Kowalskis (people who stole Bob ross name from his family) Why has no one started a gofundme yet?
Bob fct up when he had his affair with Annette. She played bob and got em for his name and his show. She ultimately used steves father to get rich and robbed steve his rights to passage.

Those types of Bob Ross paintings are easy to do in a half hour it's not hard because there not realistic paintings like other painter's.
