This is a long-shot guess but I think the reason why Ambush was mad at him is because Seek killed Ambush an Rush to get revenge from what they have done not sure how they turned into monsters but mabey it was so they could live forever? Because Seek wanted to turn his uncle into the Glitch probably because they could live like a family again forever and after they turned into monsters they forgot about their past or its been so long they eventually forgot and they remembered by the photos they saw and the visions
