If you are new to self planned camping & want to know what products you need to start off with camping, this video is for you.
You will need tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag, cooking utensils, stove, barbecue grill, etc. But not to mention a taste for adventure & sense of responsibility towards nature & surroundings.

For this camping trip we went to Thokarwadi dam which is some 60 kms. away from Pune near Talegaon.

If you want somewhere close, with Pune city view, try Bopdev hills(Bopdev mandir), we’ve hiked and camped there. You can also ride there too.

How to join you for camping once in a quarter. I have pulsar 150. Can I join. Please guide.i am from Pune
any permission needed to setup the tents? How about the locals? Any issues?
Not where we stayed this time but there are some places where you might have to ask locals first if you can pitch in tents. And it is seen these days that locals may create some issues.

I am planning to go at exact spot. Do I have to take permission from locals?
Not really because this land is practically in Lake when it dries, however the village is within sight from this point. Just be sure not to shout or play loud music to avoid issues 👍
