that dish is called 'Pav bhaji' where pav is that soft fluffy bread warmed up a little with butter and bhaaji is mixture of different kinds of vegetables cooked and mashed up together like potato, cauliflower, capsicum, tomato, onion carrot etc you can add as many types of vegetables as you like while making it and spice and loads of butter most shopkeepers add the ones i told before.

Visit dhobi talao the largest open laundry place in world. In worli visit Haji Ali darga juice center for some amazing fruit juices. Pav bhaji does not have any Daal. It has only vegetables like Potato, Tomato, Onion, Bell Peppers, Cauli Flower, Carrots, Spices and lots of butter. You can order extra bread only.
