    Well it would be totaled but your back seat occupants would be perfectly fine which is all that's relevant.

      Higher risk of injury for the people inside the hummer. Studies show a increase in injury relating to the whiplash effect.

    The crash looks pretty bad when you look at the body of the car. But at 2:21 you can see the undercarriage of the H3. It actually performed well, considering the speed it absorbed too. In my opinion if someone was going to repair this car they definitely wouldn't have a problem with fixing the chassis and the other components. They would probably need to get a new shell.

      D T the frame is destroyed in the back that's alot of ⏱💵 to do. Best bet replace the whole frame and rear axle components and shell and it's good to go but lots of work and money

    • @dt7751
      @dt7751 Před 6 lety +1

      sargantTspacekiller pc,xbox,and more The frame is easy to fix. As i mentioned, in the end of the video you can see the undercarriage, the car that crashed barely reached the Exaughst. It will probably cost about 1000 dollars. I've heard the shell is expensive. A good body from a salvage yard can go around 5000 dollars and above. Overall I think it was a good test, considering the speed, the weight that crashed into the rear and that it was at a standstill.

    Frame took the entire hit. If you're gonna get crashed into, this is the best case scenario for a body on frame vehicle.

    From around 1:03 watch where the rear horizontal longitudinal rail of the chassis aft of the rear wheel and take note that it spears toward the rear passenger backrest area due to the fold.
    I wouldn't want to sit in that seat in this crash.

    • @asianmurican3739
      @asianmurican3739 Před 6 lety +1

      FYI. The spare tire didn't come close to the rear passenger seat.

    • @Graceymay74
      @Graceymay74 Před 6 lety +2

      here's a challenge, find "spare" in my original comment...
      Clearly, I mentioned the "rear wheel" which isn't in any way close to "spare".
      Also, using standard English, we can see I was stating "the rear longitudinal rail of the chassis" moved toward the rear seat backrest. NO mention of a wheel moving, the wheel was mentioned in order to establish the location of the fold causing this.
      I know this is a TROLL reply, however, I thought I should point out the stupidity of the single, small, trolling reply.
