I do like the Talon. Also like the way honda used an actual transmission instead of belt but that can also add some issues too. Honda's are well built in my experience.

I hope to finally meet you one day. I've rode with Don and crew once or twice and Roland a bunch of times. And of course Don and Melissa are always in Frankford at Dimitri's. Lol. I've always been a Honda guy first. I had 3 different Honda ATC'S in the 80's and this past April I almost bought a 2022 Talon. It was one of the last 4 that Honda was sending up to Canada from South Carolina at that time. Keep the videos coming 👍

Great video Derek ! Your exactly right about everyone helps eachother out on the trails ! We never leave anyone stranded or broke down in the woods ! So where is the second machine ?
When you drive a Honda you alway have to help the other guys out. From belt issues to winching. Lol. 2nd machine is still top secret…..

Thanks for making this video and walking us around your machine, very helpful and informative. I want to put a winch on mine and glad you mentioned about the front bumper. I am planning on going with a Rough Country winch mount because it mounts to the frame instead of the bumper. Will also be upgrading the tires. Keep making the great videos. It’s fun watching all the bantering between everyone.
Nice machine! Could you share the pros and cons of those tires?
They are great in everything. They hold up to road running really good as well. I believe they are a 8 ply side wall. The only negative is they are one the heavier side. So it takes some power to turn them.
Bought a 2023 left over not to impressed with mine 1000r very loud when shifting definitely not a dune machine as classified
I replaced this machine with a 2023 1000R live valve. I like a lot of the improvements over my 2019 1000x. I think the ride is much better. I do wish all Talons had a bit more power tho.
Live valve wish I would bought x. Live valve not worth extra money
