Thank god I wasn’t the only one to notice this. Example, I remember the last time my back was against the wall/ in a comfortable situation I pulled out my phone to pretend to text but was actually scrolling through apps and other nonsense to waste time and to avoid confrontation of course. I’m being blunt. That’s what I did, and other human beings instinctively do in this day in age. Again, I’m being blunt, it’s a defense mechanism.
