After setting the XMEye camera, and you left it for a long time, then when you have an issue with the camera you may need to go into the settings to fix it, but now you don't know what the password is. In this case, you will need to hard reset the admin password.

that also did not work for me. i unplugged the dvr mine is a westshine but i understand it is a rebadged xmeye unit anyway i unplugged it for 5 minutes and powered it back and it still will not let me into the system. it did at one time. thanks
