Grew up in Lynn & graduated from LEHS. Never once felt a ghost presence there and I spent a lot of time in that auditorium. I never even heard the ghost story before.
A lot of these "haunted school" stories appear to have originated during the '90s, which is why I also include the "urban legend" part. I leave it up to each individual to decide for themselves whether they think a location is haunted or not. 👻

I grew up in Lynn and as a teen my brother and some friends spent many trips to Lynn Woods and Dungeon Rock. Always heard the story of buried treasure and the man that tunneled the cave to try and find the Pirate treasure. We went so often we had the tunnel paced out step by step count turn by turn. One day we went as far as you could go where it then was filled with water. We heard some other people talking and entering. My brother devilish that he was let out a scream and then cried out " Get out of my cave and leave my treasure be " we heard return screams and the scurry of escaping running..We waited a while made our way out No one around . Dumb teens having some stupid fun .
I grew up in Lynn,ma went to Lynn English high school and my husband recently works in the cemetery at Pine Grove cemetery. 1st of all at Lynn English nothing spooky or ghost but the balcony, when I was there, was under reconstruction cuz it was unsafe so it was off limits but I always had a weird feeling that if I looked up at the balcony I would see something but I never did. 2nd my husband confirmed that the cemetery is haunted and I to have seen things at night when I would pick him up at night. And 3rd Lynn woods dungeon rock is haunted I went inside once when it was open I was with my oldest daughter and it was day time. We went in and first heard something fall so didn't think of it then as we got in even more heard a scream and we ran out my mother was at the entrance, she can't lie for her life, looked at us and asked what happened we didn't say anything to her and she looked pale white and asked if we heard a scream, me and my daughter just looked at each other and looked at her. All 3 of us didn't have to say a word cuz we all knew what we heard. So yeah that's my experience
The Cemetery in Lynn is hunting I used to ride my bike through there on my way home at night and seeing things. 👀 far distance.. but it is a really big Cemetery..
Alright so recently i have visited dugeon rock in lynn Massachusetts which was like about 5 months ago with my mom and my two cousing and there dog nothing happend we took pictures it was freezing cold the dog got in the freezing cold lake
