The more aggressive, different movelist Ryu 😄. I always liked his tiger fireballs and flying kick attacks.
So it's Ryu with Sagat's moves? 😅
His flying kicks are more like Dan though

I don't remember this one, and I practically lived in arcades for almost all of the 80s and 90s..
SFII clone por not, it's a great game, they nailed the physics and hit sounds and impact, so satisfying
Even if this doesnt get a good reputation for being called a copy, the more original chars are really good and creative
The gameplay of this series as it went on fucking slapped. More than makes up for the characters being mid design wise. Even in its first out Fighters History was a fun "me too" game like Street Fighter.
Actually Capcom tried to sue them & they lost.
I have trouble finding out what I like the most in this game...... but i really think it is the commentator saying WIIIINNNSSSSS with the power of a thousand gods

I almost forgot this game. Good Sf2 clone. Yungmie and Matkok even have Guile's sonic boom.

その後、PS2版のKOF MAXIMUM IMPACT REGULATION "A"に客演した溝口の代役声優さんがそのまんまだったのにも驚いたw

Actually, in the early Capcom Marvel games like X-Men: COTA and Marvel Super Heroes, the characters have a "stun portrait" in the upper corner. As soon as it turns red and spins, they get rocked!
Street Fighter 3 has a stun bar.

That multiple shoryuken move is OP....its a normal move and Mizoguchi uses the equivalent of Ken's shinryuken

Fue una agradable sorpresa verlo como personaje invitado en The King of Fighters Maximum Impact Regulation A
Falcoon, quien estuvo a cargo de la serie Maximum Impact, dijo que Mizoguchi era uno de sus personajes favoritos.
Falcoon trabajo mucho para incluir a Mizoguchi en KOF MIA, de hecho habian planes de incluir a Samchay en el roster de KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A 2 pero tristemente el juego fue cancelado 😞
Es triste que la SNK actual no tenga el mismo tipo de ideas. Mizoguchi no era menos "oscuro" a mediados de los años 2000 pero aun así logro aparecer en un KOF.
Hoy SNK no le da muchas oportunidades a chars que no son muy populares. Cuando tenemos sorpresas en estos dias, son de chars muy populares que regresaron, como CYS, Ash, Khronen, Rugal, etc. Son sorpresas sí, pero no como la de los chars de Savage Reign y Buriki One en KOF 11. Sorpresas de este nivel creo que serán mucho mas raras en KOFs futuros.

AFAIK they all have kind of a Super Move, but only Mizoguchi has two.
@@Retro_Fighters Gotcha. I've only seen Ray's Dynamite move with super effects so far. Didn't know Mizoguchi could also do it not to mention get *TWO.*

Me gusta Karnov Revenge. No me molesta que sea un clon de SF2, de hecho este es muy divertido 👍
Muchos buenos juegos de pelea en los 90s comenzaron siendo clones de SF2 (como ejemplo la serie World Heroes) pero agregandole su toque distintivo y unico.
En el caso de la franquicia Fighter's History, me gusta esa mecanica donde cada personaje tiene un 'punto debil' (benda en la cabeza, cinturon, botas, etc)
En el caso de Mizoguchi, su punto debil es la banda de su cabeza. En KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A, Mizoguchi recibe 1.5 más de daño si le pegan en la cabeza, un buen güiño a la mecanica de la franquicia donde proviene 😉
