Tiger gets walked daily they walk him on a leash and collar around the park

Yeah, that is not a good place to keep a big cat full time. Zoos in many cities used to do that, most of them have built much better enclosures more recently.

Jacob, you need a "Ferris Wheel Buddy Program" where you pick a subscriber in each town to meet you and ride the Ferris wheel with you.

How neat you visited here! My family and I live fairly close to Houston and have been to the aquarium several times. It's always a fun time.
that poor tiger needs SO much more space...and a soft place to lay down, and a place to swim, and places to climb...poor kitty :(

Yes I was also concerned.I hope him/her have a hidden more spacious enclosure .
To the left is more area with a pool and softer flooring. They also have other areas for the Tigers. There are several that they rotate through out the day.

That's where I've seen that mechanical shark from. As soon as you went by it on the train it looked so familiar. Theme Park Crazy is one of my favs.

Fun fact: the train you rode is the first electric C.P. Huntington train ever made. Since 2019 all their trains are electric. One is green like this one, and the other is blue.
I went there when I was a kid and the "missing great white" scared the crap out of me.

Cool fact about the train is that it is the very first battery powered CP Huntington model from Chance Rides and runs all day on a charge. They developed it for the park and now sell it to others. Hence the name Electric Eel.

I love the Downtown Aquarium in Houston! I have family near there and it is such an amazing place to see in person.
It's also very cool to see the tiger moving for once, everytime I would see him he would be asleep lol.

I went to this aquarium! It....was honestly underwhelming, along with the zoo nearby. We didn’t do the shark train unfortunately. I felt bad for the tigers, I really hope they’re in better care than it looks

I went there a couple months ago!! Never got to go in the restaurant but it was so cool seeing that aquarium getting some love!
Come visit the New England Aquarium once everything calms down! Or Mystic Aquarium! Both are fantastic !

I've been to this place a few years ago and it was the most disappointing aquarium I had ever been to. Nice to see it doing better.

Technically piranhas don't actually go after a live parade. Usually wait until something dead falls in the water and then they scavenge it
I believe the displays of them skeleton-izing an animal were after the piranhas had been starved for some time, so they aren’t truly representative of piranhas’ normal eating habits.
The White Tiger seemed to be watching you Jacob while he was licking his chops mate.(Ha,Ha)
I am pretty sure I saw a video about them moving the gars and stuff into the area and it’s cool to see it completely done

I was there a few weeks ago and loved it, especially the tigers though only one was in the area and he was sleeping most of the time.
