I am going into my second ACL surgery on Tuesday.. they recommend me using the game ready for recovery but I'm kinda leaning towards the hyperice since I could use it more long term.... Do you think the hyperice would be good enough?
The advantage of the game ready is the compression the machine provides. It ices and provides variable compression which can help flush inflammation out of the knee region. I agree though the Hyperice is a much better purchase. I would try to rent a game ready for a week or two and purchase a Hyperice.
