I walk this Bart Station every day and it can be a scary place at times. I'm tired of our city and state officials acting like this is such a great place with No Problems! As you can see, this looks a lot like Hell... Thanks for getting my story out and everyone else who shares it.

I live in the Bay Area, its not just the BART station. The whole City looks like this with junkies and the place smells of poo and pee everywhere. I used to go to the City every weekend, now I haven't been there in 6 months and won't plan on going unless I have too. It used to be a clean city with pockets of bad areas. Now its bad city with pockets of areas that are OK. Beachmode commented below and you are correct only its way worse than when NYC had mayor Dinkens! I've been too many third world countries that were better than San Francisco.

My sister spent the last years of her life homeless in SF. Last year we got the news that she was found dead with a needle in her arm. Such a sad situation, and I don't know what can be done about it. Many of these people are beyond help. Unfortunately my sis was one of those. R.I.P. April Knowlton, you'll never know how much we loved you.

I would say the bad parts of SF including civic center make about 15 percent of the city in one area. that area could be called many things but it's essentially this one area. this could go by many names. northeast mission, the tenderloin, civic center/un plaza, northwest SOMA. But frankly, the 85 percent remaining city is quite nice.
go to the east cut, dog patch, pacific heights, sunset, richmond, telegraph hill, waterfront, Embarcadero, laurel heights, parkside, forest knolls, noe valley, hunters point, bayview, marina and northbeach and it's clean and safe. Not sure why people exaggerate the shittiness of this place. sure lots of places suck but it's mostly beautiful

The edges have a few light nicks and dings. Please see the photos - we've photographed both sides of both blades. The wood handle shows a lot o wear, particularly near the head - see photos. The axe head is intact, and does not have any cracks or splits.

I drive in SF at least 3 days a week, not only the bart station, couple of neighborhoods also are full of them and homeless people, those areas are supposed to be great, but they look getto and you wouldn't wanna walk there at night. lots areas smells like unflashed toilets. Ive seen homeless people just started pissing and shitting on the streets as they feel like. Funny thing is, it is considered almost the most expensive place to live.
Justin X Zhu SF has always had certain bad areas and neighborhoods for years. Some areas you have to step over winos or whatever they are called that are passed out on the sidewalk just to get to your apartment.
