Madam you have not covered the aspect when the AR is modified, what would be the impact on OI section. For example if the auditor has qualified an audit opinion on sales , (considering your example) on the ground that actually the sales were 3cr but management has disclosed sales of Rs. 5cr in FS and same has been disclosed in the OI that the sales for the current year is 5cr and management is projecting sales of Rs. 8cr in next year.

furthermore you didnt discuss if the material inconsistency b/w f/s and OI , and it s established that material misstaement exist in OI and TCWG failed to correct , and the doubt over the management/TCWG credibility arise , auditor shall disclaim the opnion.
