Everyone playing ark pvp knows or should know, that you check your cave for bags. If not - you atleast make sure you can't be raided from the inside.
While I do think sleeping bag raiding is scummy, it's the cave builders fault for not having any internal turrets or a single inside Dino on aggressive.
Bobs will always complain...place internals (and don't build a floor that los 99% of them)and look for bags when u claim a cave , ark 101
