Uraraka's prototype was named Yuu Takeyama, she's not as bubbly as Uraraka is and she was supposed to have Mt. Lady's quirk but Horikoshi thought it was too op.
Bakugo's prototype surprisingly has the same name as he does; Bakugo Katsuki, same quirk, same appearance but he was supposed to be a softie... Can't really imagine that tho....

Mean while Deku the bully ver got in UA on the support course because of his intense training as a quirkless person, they then see each other, have drama then become friend at the end afte like 4-5 season idk, yeah the plot could be change alot with just some role switch

Everyone keeps saying Kirishima with Todoroki's personality is scary, but seeing Todoroki do all of Kirishima's over the top and bombastic expressions scared the bejeezus out of me.
Todoroki's face just isn't meant to make any other expression than calm serenity, dull surprise, slight determination and the occasional deranged smile when pushing his limits.
