I just looked up all of these and I actually gasped at the Elie Saab gown. Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad are my favorite designers. ❤

My guess would be brow lift or blepharoplasty. Her nose had bulky tip as well, now is more defined. And lips are more balanced. Not writing this as a hater, I love Lily! But this are the changes I would assume.

I think so, but I do know she’s struggled with an ED and that can change your face as well as your body. (Not for everyone, but if weight loss or gain is a symptom this can happen).
