Derivation of the annuity formula

In this video, we are going to derivate where the present value annuity formula came from.
An annuity represents a series of equal payments paid to someone each year during a determined period. In the general formula, the period is represented by the letter t. In the example, someone will receive a payment of 1.000€ for five years.
