Since Ubisoft's way of working is basically looking at the usage rates every update and nerfing the highest used character/gun, but most of the time not giving any buffs to characters that desperately needed it.

Ela was kind of OP, I agree, but they just made her unplayable after the update, her recoil is very hard to control and mostly on Console.
She was one of the most fun OPs to play with, at least for me. I agree that she had to get nerfed in some way but not this much, they just fucking blasted her with those nerfs.
