Great review! Thank you. I have the EA500s and the LMs and really enjoy them both. The Simgot tuning kits are fantastic for these and other IEMS as well.

Yeah I haven't used the Simgot tuning kits, just the Kato nozzles, I really like the Kato nozzles on both the OG and the LM.

I just put my silver Kato nozzles on the OG ea500, threw the wide open spiral dots on and got myself an amazing new iem for nothing!!! Thank you mate! I’m tempted to cancel my LM order now. I’m
Not going to 😂, but I thought about it for a second. Damn. Thank you!!!

Hi, can you describe what changed? tempted to buy the nozzles just for tuning options.

Took the edge off of the treble without sacrificing details. Widened soundstage a bit and focused bass. Really made the set sound more cohesive overall.

That’s the stainless steel nozzle. The brass are in my Katos. 😉

Right, they sound so good with the silver Kato nozzles, they don't sound bad with the brass Kato nozzles either.
The LM sounds actually pretty good with the silver Kato nozzles too, but honestly, I still prefer the OG EA500, just feels more of a natural playback to me.
The LM has a little wider sound stage, but doesn't have the lush warmth of the OG EA500, and the vocals, to me sound just slightly thinner on the LM.
More of a side grade than an upgrade from the OG, at least to my personal preference.

That was probably the best piece of audio advice I’ve gotten since I started this journey a mere 8 months ago. Thank you!☮️

I only have the EM6L from the Simgot lineup but it looks to match my preferences best (warm & smooth. I'd take even more bass, though 😉) of their offerings. It's quite refreshing to see a review that isn't pushing the LM as the end all be all. I'm sure it's great in its own way but it proves how subjective this hobby can be. Thank you for another great review and comparison! 👍

Yeah, if I'm honest, it's not an upgrade over the original, just a different way of tuning it to suit different preferences.
I don't think you get any better value for money with the LM than you do with the original, OG EA500.
And like I said I still prefer the OG myself.
But yeah, listening is purely subjective, you give the OG and the LM to 10 different people you'll get half saying they like the OG more and half saying they like the LM more
