Ingredients:-
Water 清水 - 1.5l (follow packet instructions)
Ai yu jelly powder 爱玉冰预拌粉 - 1 pack 50g
Lime 青柠 - 3 to 4 pcs
Honey 蜜糖 - 6 tbsp
Cold water 冷水 - 400ml
Ice Cubes 冰块
Lime slices 青柠片
Mint leaves 薄荷叶 - Jak na to + styl

Hi I bought the Ai Yu Jelly powder from Chinese grocery shop, for honey u can get any brands, just adjust the sweetness accordingly to your preference. Mine is from pharmacy Lohas organic honey.
