- Welcome to my (unofficial) Tampa #ApartmentTour! I live downtown in a 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment and today I am taking you guys along to see what my space looks like! Although I am renting this apartment furnished, isn’t finished yet (needs more pink!!) and nothing is absolutely perfect, I know y’all have had some questions and are curious to see everything laid out all in one video!
Obviously for privacy reasons, I will not be disclosing the name of where I live and rent price so that I can always ensure my safety, so please don’t try and ask or guess - I’m sure you wouldn’t want me exposing where you live on the internet!

HomeGoods! I think they're actually meant for makeup but they work well for me! & BaubleBar is one of my go-to earring brands! Bonus if you can find them at Nordstrom Rack because they're cheaper!

I absolutely love your apartment!! Been following since I found the TKA shows on CZcams!! I have that same Disney book!!! Is the one of how Disney came about?? My parents got it for me last year when I was recovering from ankle surgery for Christmas!! God Bless!!! My question is did you have a favorite role you did at TKA? And if so what was it and why?

Laundry in the bedroom is kinda game changing!
In New Nork, this apartment will be considered a studio.
In order for it to be considered a one-bedroom, the bedroom has to have a window. This apartment is also called a junior one bedroom in New York.
I doubt people can find where you live by the AMENITIES considering most good apartments have amenities. But it makes sense to protect your privacy in general.
I'm not saying it's silly to not share amenities, I just don't think unless they are VERY unique to the apartment that anyone will know. I think showing her view will do more. But she knows what she is comfortable with and that is okay. But the coffee shop is a very good point!! @@Tarah17
Just want to take extra precautions. I couldn't resist not showing the view but hopefully someone isn't crazy enough to try & find where I live..
It's so interesting to me that this place comes with some random decor, wines, and dinnerware. Is this how all places in Tampa are?

It was her boyfriend’s old apartment. He bought a condo so she’s subletting it from him
Subleasing! It was the best way to get to Tampa as soon as I could - so it's definitely masculine but I am only in here for 6 months so I am making it work!
Do people really ask you questions like what's on your shelves?
Yes actually, I am one of those people bc gracie is really great at adding personality to spaces that would normally be plain or empty!
