Either Download and Install Oracle Express Edition and Oracle SQL Developer on your computer - for free
Write your own SELECT statements.
Learn the SELECT, FROM, WHERE, GROUP BY, HAVING and ORDER BY clauses.
Get an easy way to remember the order of these clauses.
Find out what more you need to know, and resources in how to learn it.

Thank you for your video. I have a question about using the Query Builder: how can you move a field name (in the Expression Column) up or down without right mouse clicking over the field then selecting 'Move Up' or 'Move Down'? This is a pretty slow method when a field needs to be moved up many lines. Is there a short-cut key or a method of dragging the field up in the field list?

I tried to connect as SYSDBA but when I clicked "test" it threw this error
Status : Failure -Test failed: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
i.e user don't have SYSDBA privilege. connect sys as sysdba. Bydefault oracle providew two administratice user, those are SYS and SYSTEM
