    The M113 (M1113 typo in the video name) does not protect against RPGs and is outclassed in every other way.
    It is old and shouldn't de compared to modern systems.

      spoiler none of them protect against RPG's. You dont want to be in any of these vehicles being hit from any angle with an RPG-29 or anything modern

    I would go with the Stryker there's like 10 versions including one with a 25mm chaingun im sure you can mount a TOW if you wanted then you'd have the exact same offensive capability as a Bradley except significantly faster & with APS standard & a RPG cage + the V bottom hull i honestly think the Stryker has a higher survivability than the Bradley like Ali said float like a butterfly sting like a bee now if was working alongside an Abrams I'd probably go with the Bradley but that would be the only reason I would go with a Bradley over a Styker
    Edit/PS: the Stryker is also much more quieter due to the wheels & stealth is a huge advantage as well as it being lighter thus more easily transported via helicopter negating the slight off road edge of tracks & the Bradley

      The 25mm chaingun stryker you're talking about is the ICV-D Dragoon, which actually has 30mm remote turret. Although I do agree that the Stryker compliments dismounted infantry well, I do not think it's a better fighting vehicle than the bradley. The one fault with Dragoon is that it doesn't have enough protection like the bradley, and having a tow would expose it for too long.
      Luckily the ICV-J variant has a javelin attachment which allows the crew to shoot faster and displace without having to stay in place with a tow.
      The Dragoons could in theory have a javelin attachment added to it, but a TTP my platoon used when I was a Stryker PL, was to just kick out a javelin team then pick then up rapidly.

      @@dfmcgee42 fair enough thank you for your insight tbh i have no military experience most of my knowledge comes from video games and history specifically im thinking about things like the Toyota wars when chad used hilux's with various rockets and missiles to outmaneuver and overwhelm libyan tanks to amazing success but im also aware those were soviet era tanks with slow analog turrets and even worse targeting systems but that's not the only historical conflict to support that mentality but at the end of the day i don't have any real world experience im just under the mindset that mobility is king id rather have wheels than tracks but i've seen countless evidence of what the javelin is capable of and yeah I think your right id rather have a javelin than the TOW that being said general dynamics have released promotional footage of the next gen strykers and they have a twin javelin system AND an option with what was either Maverick or Hellfire missiles i forgot which it was but both of those are highly effective so if those are actually what they say they are (especially the mine and IED resistance upgrades) i would 100% take those over a Bradley btw i still really like the Bradley i just prefer the mobility and surprise factor of the stryker

    My best friend died in a M113 in 1969 in VietNam. Think how old that design is, and that was 55 years ago. Time for a new & better design. I think the Bradley does that. As does the Stryker & the Stryker is fast, but maybe not as maneuverable cross country.

    Bradley is a legendary vehicle which gave its name to a small region near Robotine in Ukraine.
    Seriously, why do they call this area like “BRADLEY SQUARE”???

    • @KilroyishereYT
      @KilroyishereYT Před 10 měsíci +3

      To tell the truth... the total failure of the Bradleys in this area does not come from defects in this vehicle but from Washington's error which pushed the Ukrainians to attack the fortifications without having control of the sky, without having the means to clean the mines, without having qualified personnel to operate the war machines.
      Apart from its excessive height of 3.40 meters, the Bradley is a fairly good vehicle if used for its true function in a brigade.

      When I was a young Captain attending IOAC at Ft Benning there was on display an M113 equipped with a LAV 25 turret. Took only 4 hours to install. That was in 1985. The Canadian Army looked at it but chose the LAV 25.
