    2.keep conditioner for 15 mins maximum,minimum is 5 min i keep it for 10 min,10 min is enough.

    This is a conditioner mask that works to be done once a week. Normally you should just clip your hair up(so you don't get body wash in your hair when washing your shoulders and neck) while you wash your body and then rinse. If you get your split ends cut regularly and still struggle with dry ends I would recommend first checking how much shampoo you use on your roots. If you don't use an excess amount of shampoo you can use a leave-in conditioner which you can buy or make by mixing 1 part conditioner with 2 parts water. You just need to put a small amount on your hair ends, gently rub in, and don't rise. If it feels like you need to rinse the conditioner out it is because you put too much.
    P.s you also can check what kind of shampoo your hair needs and compare that to what using

      nope! your hair is made to absorb water, not man made moisturizer, hence why the first ingredient in most conditioner is water... your hair will absorb much better when its wet, not to mention if the conditioner isn't diluted, it penetrates deeper at full power and weighs your hair down... this is for brown hair (or just curly/wavy/coily), white hair idfk

    i started following the tips mentioned in this video after i first watched this video (which was a while ago) and i have noticed that my hair has been a lot less frizzy and a lot more silky/smooth ever since i started doing so! i definitely recommend brushing your hair before you wash it as well as shampooing the roots of your hair with a scalp massager because it will leave your hair a lot less tangled as well as super clean. i also suggest washing your hair at the beginning of your shower so that you can let your conditioner sit in the ends of your hair while you wash your face + body (i normally let my conditioner sit in the ends of my hair for fifteen minutes and then i rinse it out at the end of my shower). the biggest change that i made to my hair washing routine was washing my hair with lukewarm water rather than hot water, it is truly a game changer

    hey yall i wanted to share my hair journey since ive only foud out somehting about my hair NOW
    well i naturally have 2c-3a hair and i've always brushed it out to make it straight, then id get mad when it became overly frizzy and poofy. I thought i had to just use multiple products and to use oil on my hair, and it would gradually become frizz free overtime. But just TODAY at school i was talking about hair with my friends and i said "i saw some people said you shouldnt brush curly hair when its dry" and she basically told me that it was true, and that you need products like defigning cream and leave in conditioner. So tday i went to target and got a few products, im stil on my hair care journey but i hope you all to rememmber to love your hair type. if you have straight hair, love it and use the propper products for it. if you have curly hair, get involved in the curly hair community. good luck yall!

      Yes I have wavy hair. If I am going for a curlier look I don’t brush my hair when I get out of the shower and I scrunch with products. That keeps the curl nice and defined. When you have curly hair and brush while it’s dry it’ll get really poofy. How curly is your hair? I would wash your hair and then use product while it’s wet and scrunch. If you shower at night you can use a spray bottle with water the next morning and use that to rescrunch to fix some of the curls that have gone flat and what not

    Shampoo the roots and the shaft of your hair oils and dirt can still be lurking within the hair strands. Also, condition your entire head. After shampooing the natural oils from your hair gets stripped away so you want to condition the whole head.

    @user-xc6wm9dx2p Před měsícem +1

    Its actually better and healthier for your hair to shampoo your hair twice. For the first shampoo , you just shampoo the roots , for the second shampoo, you should shampoo your lengths (dont shampoo the ends)

  • @toniosuchowski4218

    As someone with psoriasis on their scalp and extremely thick wavy hair, this is not 100% good for scalp health. Conditioner can’t go hear the roots/scalp which putting it in a cap will do. I 100% agree with only shampooing the roots/scalp as the ends get a lot less oily than the ends, especially if you touch/stimulate the folicals a lot. The length of time conditioner is left in depends on the state of my ends before the shower.

    Little advice: Shampoo cleans your hair, so not putting it in your ends is gonna leave germs in your hair becuase the water doenst get everything out, as running a dirty dish through water doesnt make it clean without soap. Conditioner smooths your hair and gets out tangles, so not putting it in your roots could cause structural problems in your roots becuase theyre being cleaned but not smoothed out, its like running water through your tangled hair without brushing it. It'll be smooth yes but tangled even if there's no rats in it. Also conditioner can help with frizz so not putting conditioner in your roots may cause unwanted frizziness. Not trying to hate or anything like that, just speaking from experience- i have dry hair.

    I literally just condition my hair first (all the hair) then shampoo (all the hair) then after rinsing both separately I just wait for my hair to dry a bit then blow dry it. It leaves my hair do soft

    nah to much work this is how I get silky smooth hair
    • first wet hair ( duh ) with medium hot and cold water
    •nextly apply shampoo not on the ends ( that depends on hair type) and then scrub until she fluffy 💆‍♂️
    •rinse with medium water
    • nextly apply conditioner on the ends of the hair and wait few minutes
    • nextly once you gotten out of the shower, I brush my wet hair
    • ( optional ) after my hair is damp, I put on this hair thing spray that helps tangles and provides nice hair and brush it ( your hair will still be fine with out it it just helps me)
    • let dry
    • boom nice sliky hair

    do NOT just shampoo the roots for EVERY wash. it can make the ends of your hair dry!

    • @marikimm
      @marikimm Před rokem +1

      actually the sampoo chemicals and the friction created by your hands tend to break the ends of your hair and make them super dry, so it's better just to leave them alone.
