- Saoirse Ronan, star of "The Outrun," discusses being a first-time producer on Nora Fingscheidt's film, an adaptation of the seminal memoir from writer Amy Liptrot. The "Little Women" actress dropped by the IndieWire Studio at Sundance, presented by Dropbox, to explain how she found her Scottish accent, her "mood ring" hair color, and her advice for how Ayo Edebiri can come across as Irish.

She’s been a favorite since Brooklyn and Ladybird. Such a talent and so down to earth.
Brilliant Irish actress, and this is getting a lot of Oscar buzz well-deserved
Saoirse is such a strong, thoughtful and talented actress. This marks a new beginning for her as a more evolved artist. Wouldn't miss this at all. While Timothee has taken the high road, Saoirse has decided to take the road less taken. A new generation of mature stars are being born ! Great time for cinema.
I loved this womens work, havent seen this movie yet but as a recovering alcoholic of almost 20 years i cant wait to see it.
Same here. Alcoholism on all sides of my family for generations. I’m a fortunate one.
Where can we watch it??.
What a great interview. I could listen to Saoirse Ronan for hours.
Tremendous talent. Interesting interview.
A class act .
This will sound outright random and crazy, but if there was a live action adaptation of Metal Gear Solid 3, then Saoirse Ronan would be perfect as The Boss.
She's Irish.
