I don’t play claw or paddles but I found a way to play without them using r3 for jump, L3 for edit, and touchpad for switch mode, my only down side is crouching where I bind it to x but in reality it isn’t holding me back. Also I recommend ppl to turn off edit on release or just keep it on reset on release, since the meta now is peanut butter edits and to keep up it’s simply easier to keep EOR off.

NOTE: If you don’t use paddles or play claw, do NOT take edit on release off. I play normally and it’s the fastest you’ll go. Double edit binds will NOT provide any benefit, they only make things smoother, not faster (as long as ur coordination is good).

@@GiovanniW.. Try the double edit binds since it’s more viable and comfortable by default for players with paddles. If you can’t adjust to it just play edit on release, both are literally equally as fast it’s just that double edit binds feels smoother than the other.

me too but i think the prob with that is not being able to press both the bumper and trigger at the same time the way he’s doing it is double claw which is the hardest way to do it and most uncomfortable and hard to get used to due to the lack of any other game requiring pressing the dpad at the same time as any other buttons but ya i do it the same as you and it still works great
