This was a wonderful message this morning. February 2024, Wednesday. I think of different time when I first read the book of Matthew and thought about the door way of God. In his house only one doorway to redeem humans to himself, yet we as a people have choices. His ways meaning God are everlasting How to develop discernment is ongoing. Thank you Mr. Rick Warren.

Dear Lord, l come to you with this prayer, not just for Eve and her family, but for all young men and women raising children today.
They face many challenges that did not exist when our parents were raising my generation, Lord. They were only beginning when we in turn raised ours.
We live in troubled times, Lord. Increased peer pressure due to misuse of the Internet, mass media and social media. Ever increasing violence and drugs, on our streets and in our schools. Many distractions.
Please help these young parents demonstrate in both words and deeds to their children, these things do not determine who you are. Only through discipleship to Christ will they ever truly understand God's purpose
for their life here.
I ask that you keep my generation mindful of these things, Lord. Even though our families are raised, we are related to these young men and women through our Church family. We are Grandparents and great Grandparents of not only our own but all that enter your Family through Christ.
Bind us all together through a common prayer for your Church unity, Lord. A greater voice and example for the younger generations to hear and follow.
Let us not ignore or minimize them according to our own experience, Lord, but pay attention and make ourselves willingly available when asked, as you would do.
Let us never forget your work is never done, until you carry us home to you. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Amen.

My name is Ivan Chong and I'm a cabby but doing evangelism in the taxi to reach out to the Lord. Is a calling from God and I've been constantly sharing what I'll learn from your sermon. I really wish 1 day there will be a Saddleback Church in Singapore. Our country needs a flesh touch from God.
We have receive all the promises from God, more then the the Lord's disciples when He was walking on earth. But sad to said that Singapore is advance and we citizen are working day and night and many has turn cold and forgotten about the First Love.
Please pray for our country and pray for me as I continue to carry out the work to share the Words and there is limited that I can do.
Singapore is a country with mix culture. We are not a part of China and Singapore is a little island just beside Malaysia.

Please pray for me, I got saved when I was 24, and started following the Lord, then some doors opened and I didn't know how to do what was right, and i fell away. Then, i fell into addiction again and started down a path that ruined me, I need help with everything now, and cant seem to do anything. My future is very unclear and I have fears that things will never be right again.

What a great message to hear about the good and bad realities in life.
I've been watching these sermons since God *repeatedly* removed me from a hug or slug relationship. I keep thinking the reason was because I wasn't good enough or God was punishing me for other people I may have emotionally hurt. I think I always knew God was trying to protect me though. I just didn't want to admit that things couldn't turn around some day. I finally have given consideration that maybe it hurts God to see me go through this instead of thinking I'm being punished. I can't count the months that I denied that thought. I needed this sermon. Thank you.
