- This activity is designed to test your understanding of and ability to apply content examples in the following CompTIA A+ Core 2 objective:
1.6 Given a scenario, configure Microsoft Windows networking features on a client/desktop.
Scenario:
Taylor is a mechanical engineer working in the product development division of the engineering department. Taylor has called you to indicate she cannot browse any websites from her workstation but that her co-workers are not experiencing the same issue. You offer to provide remote desktop support using the special screen sharing tool provided to help desk staff but cannot connect to her workstation. You ask Taylor if she can think of anything that changed recently, and she mentions that she just moved from the manufacturing facility to a new desk located in the product development building.

Still type //MS02/ It doesn't work on my one. What I'm a missing?
Thanks for the query. In the resources section, check if MS02 server is running. Also confirm that you've completed the prior tasks i.e. connecting to domain / network. I hope this helps!
\\MS02 not //MOS02
