And once you thought you left the planet you go out and you are still on the planet, then the AI tells you: thank you for using our "leave a planet simulator"
ive noticed a similar thing with the chilicerate in the second game. despite how it appears, when you get attacked it doesnt actually drag you through the ocean like the reaper does. when the cutscene happens you both get locked in a stationary position. if you get attacked in front of your base you can see it sitting in the background at the same distance while the fish just kinda shakes you around on the spot, lol
