It works on any tv that has hdmi port, wether smart or not. It actually converts a non-smart tv into a smart tv. Thats the main essence along with the router feature.

The now they are selling now has an inbuilt battery so it doesn't comes with external battery and the battery only keep the router on. For the android box to work, you must plug it to AC supply

The red light blinking indicates no Network, try to access the web internet to see the network status. also you may have to contact Airtel customer service for help.

These are HBB Sim cards for Broadband Services, Normal sim should work as normal for regular data plans on the router.
