I have always been a hard core Rb/Rb guy. But this year I have been mocking different. I have been getting 3 WRs, top Qb and top TE in first 5 rounds and round 6 and beyond hammer the Rb position and I LOVE IT 😍
I've tried it. I hate the results Personally 😂
yeeah round 3 or 2 RB seems like the right option this year depending on draft position
@@garretbuckmaster2524 man look!lol Im always going to go RB/RB especially if im at the end of pick list. I do 3 14 team leagues and i like the results of my core with 2 rbs especially some that catch passes...
I will say this year in my only draft thus far i went saquan/Garrett wilson
If you're saying there's no RBs by round 4 but still decent WR's it makes no sense to be WR focused in early rounds if the field dries up faster in RBs. I agree with your player assessments which makes the strategy even harder to run with. Bottom line is supply and demand and that dictates value. How many RBs are there to love in the top 20 picks? 6? Better get one earlier.
League winning RB’s tend to be taken in the first two rounds based on data
Help. I don’t have a 3rd or 5th round pick. Who would you keep pollard, Andrews ?
@@coldice15Pollard
@@andykaufman8772 Couldn't agree more. I know the numbers are changing in favor of WR's though as they get hurt less and their production is skyrocketing because of those sticky gloves. I see a lot of guys going heavy WR early now but depending on the room that leaves an opportunity to crush on RBs early on. I can pull MCM or Ekeler plus Pollard the Garret Wilson or Waddle then get Lamar by the end of the fourth or another rushing QB. At that point there's nothing much in RBs so a top 3 TE and some high value rookie RBs might be the ticket after the QB.
To play devil's advocate last year there was multiple wr1's/high end wr 2's that weren't drafted in first couple rounds Waddle, amon ra, kirk, godwin, Amari cooper etc. Its just simply a way deeper position so why would u go wr heavy knowing this
Lets see this in a mock draft... great content.
I am in a 12 team Half-PPR - 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 FLEX league. I have the 3rd pick and I know JJ and CMC are going 1 & 2. I know Chase is the SAFE pick at 3 but I really want to take Bijan at 3 and do a Hero RB build and smash WR in the middle rounds while picking up an elite QB as well, then going back to RB to finish off the draft. What are your thoughts? Am I crazy for wanting to take Bijan over Chase? Is it worth the risk? I just like the middle round WR’s more than the RB’s this year. Do you prefer starting Chase, Hurts, Rhamondre / Chase, Pollard, Olave OR Bijan, Hurts, DeVonta / Bijan, Waddle, Olave. Thanks!
I feel the opposite get rb. Early rounds and then get guys like George pickens , Hopkins , Keenan Allen they can all. Get picked up rounds 4-6
I have the 1.06 in my draft and the dude with the 2nd pick going kupp should I go hill then pollard and I love Lamar in the 4th
It sounds like a good strategy but my league we’re playing with One keeper from last season and I have a 12 pick . and I’m thinking about keeping Trevor Lawrence so how does your strategy benefit me if I’m playing in a keepers league? Because all the players that you’re talking about will be gone by my 12 pick ..
So y’all would rather hill and pollard then st brown and chubb??
I do 10 man mock drafts and I try to draft 3 top 10 WRs with my 1st 3 picks and I end up with a real decent team. I'm usually heavy on RBs early, but that position is DEEP this yr and there's always surprise guys on waivers late in the yr who have top 10 potential for the last part of the season.
FYI, I believe Olave will be in the Top 10 this yr
I have pick 5. Who do y’all recommend?
What about in standard leagues
Same rankings go for a 10 man full ppr?
I’m picking 2nd n a 10 team Ppr leauge with a $250 buy n and as of now I’m going CMC cause I like getting AmonRa or G Wilson then n third I’ve been getting Waddle and n the 4th been getting Gibbs most of time.
I have the 7th pick in a 10 team non ppr..i know guys that wont be there...who would u take 7 out of Chubb/Bijan/ or maybe even Pollard? Cuz he wont be there for my 2nd pick and i really want Pollard this season...edit: also i took Ekler 6th last season and theres a good chance that he will be there but i didnt wanna take the same player again and i feel ekler will degress soon..and in non ppr it drove me nutz that they never handed the ball off to him
Zeke came in like a wrecking ball!
I believe there’s more WR value this year than real receiving work horse RBS
You reached on most of these dudes underdog yeah you have to draft them in those rounds but not home leagues.I have done two home leagues and dj Moore or Watson never went in the the 4th they were 5 and 6 round picks.
Same question as Willie. Does you're strategy of not taking a RB in round 1 still apply if it's zero points per reception (6 pts for rushing and receiving TDs)? Would coming out of the first four rounds with 2RB, 2WR or 2RB, 1WR, 1TE work?
I'm taking Bijan with the 5th pick. But if i go WR/WR in the first 2 rounds im taking gibbs in round 3.
I don't really trust rookie RB but I'd take Montgomery in the 4th round. And take a top TE in 3rd like Andrew or Hoc. Might take Kittle before a 49ers fans steal him. 😂
This guy recommends Saquon in round 2. This guy
Is this specifically underdog based? I might’ve missed that statement
Hey I’m in a keeper league & i can only keep 2 players from my roster from last season who would be the 2 players you’ll keep ?
Aaron Jone
Austin Ekeler
Terry McLaurin
DK Metcalf
Michael Pittman Jr
Jakobi Meyers
Dj Chark
Darius Slayton
Raheem Mostert
Dak Prescott
Geno Smith
Ekeler and Metcalf
Would anybody take a gamble in drafting 2 Running backs back to back 1st and 2nd round?
Yup. It’s a great way to get an edge. Everyone is overreacting to a singular outlier year of no stud running backs. Trends have a tendency to reverse.
I went Bijan, Chubb, then grabbed Olave as my WR1. Go big or go home. 10 team PPR btw
@@its570Key that's dope. I'll be in a 12 team Dynasty league
@KEY319 what pick did you have and was it a snake draft?
@@jarrydwright6135 nice bro. I had 6th pick. My drafts switch up a little bit when tyreek gets picked before Bijan but you’ll have a solid team regardless even if u go hero RB with Bijan
I drafted a wr this year but it was jeffes
Kelce, Hill or Robinson at 6?
Tyreek or Kelce, Bijan to pay off as RB2 or 3 overall would need 2,000 total yards and 15 touchdowns.
Come out with your first 4 rounds with 5 picks got me dying at 1:20
Yea man I came to ask what’s up with that too. I’m confused
Seriously considering amon-ra and pollard on the 1/2 turn, bout to say f the adp
Finally someone on board it’s Cee dee he will lead the league this year
Grandpa kelce no way im touching him ill go with higbee kupp hurt already he will get a ton of targets Stafford is to hit him up
Chase I believe burrows won't be ready till week 6 no one im touching chase
Week 6 lol!?
Michael Thomas will stub his toe and never be heard of again 😂😂 I thought the same thing last year when I was getting Olave. Never want to hope a guy gets hurt but at this point it’s a given he can’t stay healthy
No actual evidence given that this strategy made “millions” last year. What exactly was the point of the thumbnail?
Click bait and bad advice
The guy did this strategy in best ball and won over a million. He went like wr wr kelce AJ brown then jacobs sanders walker hurts
Kinda disagree on the devante Adams take. Statistically Jimmy g was better than carr last season and devante was fine.
To be fair Jimmy G doesn't do what Carr can do, push the ball down the field.
Adams eats this year watch, people are vastly overreacting to the qb change
@@dre3425 but adams is still good after the catch so i feel like it just balances out regardless
OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF DRAFTS I HAVE GONE
KUPP
LAMB
STEVENSON
BURROW
KITTLE
That’s fire
