    Anytime an officer is fired from an agency or allowed to resign in lieu of termination the agency they worked for should immediately inform the licensing board. Which can determine if the officer's certification needs to be revoked.

      TCOLE has zero enforcement over agencies, all they do is document training, and issue licenses. They only report the characterization given from the agency. They have no say for, or against an officers character of service.

    The Gestapo in America will never criminalize any of their own. They are the largest criminal gang in the country. And if they were not, you would see hundreds of counter videos on CZcams of them arresting each other for these crimes, or at least videos of “good” gang members denouncing the bad ones, but you’ll notice there are none! The reason is because they are all in a gang.

    End qualified immunity and have them carry personal liability insurance instead of the taxpayers indemnifying them and this would stop.

      You don't even know what qualified immunity is. Personal liability insurance LOL

    • @flakesinyershoe8137
      @flakesinyershoe8137 Před 5 měsíci +2

      You must work for an insurance company. Individual policies would just make cops more expensive and increase profits for insurers. Or you can't math. There are roughly a million cops, which means insurance companies make billions in premiums already. All misconduct settlements added together for all departments don't even come close to that. Departments can pay out millions or tens of millions and it's already factored in by insurance companies. It's literally their job to make a profit by removing some liability for their clients. So it still keeps bad cops out of jail. A mandatory minimum settlement that is so high that a department gets denied insurance would fix bad policing. If every hunter brittain cost 500 million and every George Floyd cost a billion departments would then have to start worrying about losing the entire department. Which would result in departments asking prosecutors to start charging officer misconduct.

    • @asdflyujrytrytuk
      @asdflyujrytrytuk Před 5 měsíci

      I don't work for insurance companies, I just think that having them insured more like doctors are would cut back on the blatant misconduct that so many are never punished for. Look up the ones that stole $250k and were never even suspended then won their qualified immunity suit in the courts. Once they have enough lawsuit settlements against them, they would become uninsurable and then not be allowed to be cops anymore. @@flakesinyershoe8137

    For these small towns that hire fired thugs from other jurisdictions, it’s better that the open positions on their police force remain unfilled, than to hire these criminals who have similar mindsets to hardened prison convicts. Rancid meat doesn’t turn good by giving it a “second chance.”

(hypothetical of course) not even sure if that's a thing but it is possible and might even be a waiver able requirement in some states vs reciprocity...IDK...but I'm betting this is far more wide spread than just Houston, Tx.

    Usually, you have 1 officer per 1000 citizens. How the hell do you have 50 cops for a town of 250 people? Why did nobody at the Justice Department even question that? It is like a cop for every 5 citizens. It's criminal negligence. Why did the town itself not even question that? The town council was okay with that...
    I do believe in second chances... but in this case, they don't get a second change... I mean, they take it, but they often don't use it... and in some cases, they are just criminals... You can't become a cop with some shady and illegal activities in the past... even if you weren't convicted, you still committed a felony.
