So wonderful to see a Navajo sister learning the ropes before taking next steps to veterinary medicine. I’m from the Nlakapamux homelands in the colony of British Columbia, Canada. So proud and see her as a role model for other Indigenous youth.

I’m going to pray for not only the health of the staff member that is having challenges but for EVERY staff member of Horse Plus !! It’s important to be grateful for good health as well as praying for others who don’t - equally !!

I’m praying for your staff member. She’s absolutely precious. I noticed she hasn’t been there the last couple of weeks but thought she might be on holiday. I’m not mentioning names as she obviously wants privacy but I want her to know, she’s very very much in my thoughts. Please let her be ok. 🙏🏻

Healing energy to all your staff. I know the horses are the focus, but with the numbers of horses you've been getting in from the buyouts (especially this month), be careful not to overwork to the point of damaging your health. Quackers is such a chill duck. I feel like he must know you're trying to help him. I'm so glad Jolene and Dolly get to stay together. I guess that means Dolly's health finally stabilized.
We love and care for the staff members who are addressing their health needs. Lord, stretch forth Your Hand to heal them and restore them.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
May good rest come to those who are suffering from ill health. Sending lots of lovely vitamins, sunshine, sleep and love to all your staff who need it…those who are ill and those that are caring for them and the horses.

Just to let you know, you should really have your staff wear appropriate PPE when installing fiberglass. If it gets in your airways or eyes it can be very dangerous. And it hurts when it gets on your skin. When it gets in your lungs you can’t remove it and it can cause serious lung problems.
As someone with chronic underlying health issues, wishing the best and a happy healthy recovery

I love seeing the horses adopted.. They come in to you mostly broken..some more than others..but you all work so hard to get them ready for adoption so its just wonderful to see that journey for them..I'm really hoping and praying that the gorgeous horse from this months buy out with the damaged legs from falling through a trailer floor will make it
.a truly beautiful horse..she was supposedly worth $10,000 and whilst being transported went through the crappy trailer floor..the damage to her back legs is horrific..she desperately needs prayers and our lords grace to get well..ld love to see her on that afoption journey in the future..

I have been watching Horse Plus for several years and I'm so proud of how you've grown and developed as an organization! From providing rescue and rehab for horses in need, you're now going to be able to educate and advocate on their behalf. Great going! You guys are doing some great work. Perhaps you could later show pictures of the Mom and filly as she grows. So sorry to hear about your staff having health problems. Praying for a healthy recovery for your afflicted staff member. It seems that it is perhaps Kimberly since she is not in the video. She seems to be such a caring and quietly get things done kind of person. Would you please update us on that lovely $10,000.00 horse that her back legs broke through the trailer floor and were so terribly injured. I pray she can be helped. Thanks.
The vets worked on her legs, cleaning them up and wrapping them after applying manuka honey and various medications. There doesn't appear to be injuries to the bones but currently it's unknown if there are issues with the joints. They are doing everything they can to save her! Got this information via the email about buyout day from Horse Plus

I also really dislike "in this episode" section. I didn't want to say anything, but it find the voice grating, bombastic & irritating, sort of like TV commercials. Sadly, I always skip over the intro. However, I strongly support Horse Plus and donate when I can.
