- most people arent doing this at home, i know... but im a bit of a nail junkie so i have more than i need. really, this technique is a professional service used my technicians to not only achieve a very polished manicure but also to cut down on time and labor. yes, you can do a very clean mani/pedi by hand, but for those with moderate to severe callous using an e-file helps nail professionals run an efficient business and help give their client amazing results.

Im a russian manicure nail tech and I can say you have done fantastic job. Very clean!
thank you!😘
Do you do house calls? 😭
Lol

@@everythingbuthair Thank you for posting the links!! I've seen some before as well, but tbh I just particularly want one from her😅I love her style and the way she elaborates things very much.
I have outrageous cuticles so YES PLEASE!
I know pushing cuticles back isn't painful but it *looks* painful
Firefly lol speak for yourself, it’s kinda painful with my crappy nails :(
Unplugged Edits it shouldn’t be painful. Be careful 😘
Yes. I can't even watch. Thought it was only me.
If your mama uses her nails to push ‘em back it can be very painful
I have never done it and to me it’s actually looking so painful that I can’t even look when someone does it , but I have ordered one of these things and I hope it really doesn’t work :0
When you pay for a manicure, which I don't do very often and will never do again, they aren't this precise. I've never had anyone use those tools to clean cuticles like that. I really enjoy your videos. Now I'm off to do what I just watched. Thank you!!
Because most American nail techs only push back the cuticles. You will have to ask for this specifically. Be careful though, most American techs are not trained to do this. This is how it's done in Russia.
Go on Instagram and look for hashtags that have nails and the name of your hometown in it. If you want, I can write it in Russian for you, so you for sure can find someone who does this at home. My girl charges 30 like any Vietnamese salon would but I pay her 50 because my nails last an entire month. Cuticle doesn't grow back and gel polish never lifts or cracks.
One must be trained in the style of manicuring. Like she said, a lot of people are against this technique.
Zahre Mar I’ve done that but I’ve had no luck finding anyone who does Russian manicures and pedicures in Augusta, Ga. I really wish I could find someone here who can because I really love how clean the cuticle area is.
Your exquisite light touch is a definite key to this type of manicure. Some people are a bit heavy handed. Your process is very very well practiced and the kind of professionalism I would love to see in mail shops. It’s an art, and so many many techs don’t seem to really put their heart into their work. I’m still looking for a nail artist that absolutely loves to produce masterpieces. Thank you for your lovely video!!!❤❤❤
thank u so much! thats very kind
Never knew it's called Russian.😂
We call it "non cut manicure" (необрезной маникюр).

That cuticle removal part had me anxious because it looked like it wasn't going to come off cleanly... But it did! Again and again! How satisfying!
I am from Russia, and though I’m no nail tech, just self educated enthusiast, I can tell you,ve done FANTASTIC job 👏👏👏👏
This cuticles removal with e-file was so satisfying, could watch it forever!
Thank you
I’d love to see from you if you haven’t already made it:
E-file for beginners
Maintaining strength, health, shape of nail bed.
Filing and shaping the nails
Painting the other hand
at least 2 of those are in my nailcare routine playlist ♥️
at least two of those are in my nailcare playlist.
abetweene will check it out!
Русский маникюр,девушка,ты призвала в свои комментарии армию русских таким названием.😂
Your videos are so satisfying to watch
thank you!
I finally tried to give myself a manicure on my own because of your videos and LAWD my cuticles were a mess! Your videos make me wanna DIY everything!!
I’m so happy to see this tutorial as I’m very into DIY and I’m an advocate for doing your own mani-pedi and saving money! I am obsessed with cleanliness and I just don’t think that I would get this type of truly detailed work at a salon.
Yay! I love the dry mani/pedi series 💅
Yep, just dead, yucky skin on the nail plate.
You can tell the integrity of the nail is kept because you can see the slight natural nail ridges. Very good work. I love doing a Russian manicure on myself!
thanks
I learn something new from you every single video! I feel I tear up my cuticles with the e file, your technique is simple and I’m going to adopt it. 😊. That last step where you take the lifted dead cuticle skin away from one side to the next is what I’m missing. I need to practice more! ll the best!💕💕
aah i loved this video it was so therapeutic and educational watching you do that, i used to wonder why nail technicians used to many different heads and now i know why! i will definitely be doing this on my self very soon, thank you💗
Love how in depth this video was showing up the bits work! I will be looking into getting a buffer bit. I love your videos.
thanks!
You have the best self-care videos! Listen up ladies and pay attention. Your videos are super informative and show how is easy do take care of yourself on a budget but still have amazing results and your videos are just a joy to watch and your voice is just a AMSR soother.

You really inspired me to let my nails grow !
I’m late to the game here but this is fantastic! So clear and thank you for detailing what you used.
This was an amazing detailed video! Ima nail tech student and this was very helpful!
I love doing cuticle work. I low key wish mine would grow back faster so I can clean them up again 😂
So satisfyingggg 🥰
I love your video! Thanks for sharing AND for being 100% authentic. BTW, your nails are naturally PERFECT!
thank you!
I’m Russian and I’ve never heard about Russian manicure before
Потому что у нас он называется аппаратным.
Oh my goodness how great to see this guide to nail beauty. Thankyou ❤❤❤
yw 💕
Why it calls “Russian”? In Russia it calls “apparat manicure”.
it's like a reference from where it comes from... for example, chinese food is not called chinese food in China, it's just food.
Clarissa. Soeiro I’ve just never thought that apparat manicure been invented in Russia)
comradeMightess Its probably not invented in russia, just called russian manicure. French fries are called french but made in belgium.
comradeMightess ❌ it might be that it was popularized in other countries (or maybe just North America) through a Russian source
Another amazing video! I'm so happy every time you post, your videos are always so educational and so well done!
thank you!
Excellent you made this seem so easy!
Your vids are thorough as hell! 😂❤❤
Currently binge watching your videos💞
😊
What a satisfying video... Thanks for sharing...👍👍👍👍👍
Your nails are bomb! I am always struggling to have good nails and in the end I just clip them od since I hate filing them. This machine is going to be my next investment. 💅🤭
Just ordered myself some pedi many tools for some at home selfcare before you uploaded this video. 😂😍😘👏

Oh, I started do manicure independently. It’s cool!
Thank you so much for explaining this process in great detail. It finally makes sense for me. 😁

Cool video. I need to practice this more. You make it look so easy 😊
oh its definitely not, Lol 😆
This was an AMAZING tutorial - thank you!
yw!
Thank you so much for the video. I'm a beginner and this is exactly what I'm looking for! 😍👍😘🥰

I am not going to repeat it, but the video was so satisfying :D
I have been biting my nails for 10+ years and at the beginning of the COVID stuff I somehow stopped cold turkey. Anyway, I have learned SO MUCH from you! Thank you ☝🏼
yw! congrats on overcoming it. i know its difficult for a lot of pple.
very difficult. it becomes a coping/comfort/control thing.. i wouldn’t say i’ve completely overcome it but i’m on my way. your videos are so informative and lovely
Could you do a small video on how you clean your bits? Loved this video!
i JUST found your channel and DANG I AM IN LOVE
🥰
Great editing as usual.
The cylinder bit looks cool. I usually use a ball bit. There are so many bits in the world and I don't know their uses. Maybe a show and tell bit video in the future??.
the ball bit is just as good! i used to use a ball bit in fact, but needed a bigger one to cover more surface area so i just ordered one!
I second this! Would love to see your collection of cuticle bits!
Love this video!!
thanks!
Whatever that was, it was wonderful. I want a manicure like that. It's beautiful and natural. Thanks.
thanks
Comment number five! I LOVE your videos!
as soon as i got that notification...man, i thought i broke my screen for a sec from how hard i hit the lil notification pop-up 😭

like your video! very helpful
Thanks for sharing this :D
Could you please do an at home French nail dip tutorial?💕💕
I like the way you explain things in detail more CZcams people that are on here with nail tutorials or anything that they're trying to make need to go in more detail because everybody don't learn just by looking we need to know what the right names of each instrument is each step that you're doing and and what type of product so I really like the way you do your tutorial keep up the❤😊😊😊❤❤
ty! 😊
Awesome
Great video and tips. tfs
I need that cuticle pusher
Nice!!💖💅
I have similar nail bits I’m going to try this out ! My nails are crustyyyyyy
Ommmggg literally thanking the lord I found this. My nails haven’t looked like this since I went to Ukraine! Thank you!!
yw!
U have great nails
thanks
You were light years ahead the game for all the nail videos.
Your hands are so pretty!
thanks!
Отлично👍
I've been doing my nails like this for 30 years and never knew it had a name! Lol.
Thank you so much for this video. I feel very inspired and confident about doing my own manicure. I need the cylinder bit used for cleaning the eponychium so bad, however the item is no longer available. 😭😭😭
yw!
Love love LOVE your videos! I'm a DIY beauty enthusiast, and your content gives me LIFE. Which grit did you purchase on the Erica's ATA micro taper bit? They have course, medium, and fine versions for sale currently.
fine ♥️
TFS! Great job. Any tips for overgrowth of skin/cuticle underneath nails?
you can gently use the cylinder or a ball bit on the hyponychium under the free edge too
wow safe tips
Could you do a video on how you clean and sanitize your nail tools
Marissa May I don’t know how she does it but I only use my tools on myself so I use soap and water and follow with acetone and then alcohol regularly to keep my stuff clean.
Good video. Thank you. I like you magnified certain parts of the process; what editing software do you use?
thanks. final cut pro x
Amazing video as usual😊 I’m wondering if the Sally Hansen cuticle remover gives the same result?
most cuticle remover are actually just soap, so check the ingredients 👍🏽
abetweene Thank you!
Can you please do a video on basic nail care and everything someone needs to know about nail health? I'm currently on medication that's making my nails split and peel and I didn't realize how little I knew about nail care until now. Thank you! :)
i actually have my routine & tips in these two videos: czcams.com/video/JofN0-B4qlc/video.html
czcams.com/video/iua8uLX_wpg/video.html
I use an e-file for my gel manicures but have been too scared to use it on my cuticle. This is awesome, I might consider it now.
remember to start off with the lowest setting 👍🏽
@@abetweene I tried it last night and it worked really well! I went real slow to not hurt myself, I think with some practice it will be my go to!
great! 💕
great video!! i’d love to see some vegan / groceries tips like you show on your ig stories 🥰
ok! 😁
Looooooooooooooove it.
I love your videos!!! I want to start doing my own manicures but I'm not sure where to begin! Do you prefer presto colours over ageha? I'm from Australia so it's super difficult for me to purchase gel polish! Love your channel xx
thank you 😊 i love ageha just as much! try whatevers local to you
abetweene heeey! what would you recommend for someone who has nothing yet ? What tools or should I jump right in and get everything 😂😂
Amazing! I hope you get back into nail videos cause 1. I miss them!!! 2. You were boss'ing your nail role here on YT. How long did it take you to prep both hands in real time?
ty! 🤗 it takes about 25 mins
Any tips on how you grow your nails so long? I have trouble getting my nails long. Btw I LOVE watching your videos. I’m obsessed with nails🤩
Everything i do is in this vid ♥️ czcams.com/video/iua8uLX_jpg/video.html
In what speed you used the cylinder bit?
Wow. This looks like some serious skills are required. I wonder how you can do it on your non-dominant one. You probably address that at some point. I just haven't seen it yet.
it takes a lot of practice.... I do the exact same thing, i just lay my right hand flat on a table or surface.
I wish I had an e file machine thingy sooooo bad cuz my nails be looking ratchet
I as russian always thought that is West way to do a manicure. But ok☺️
I doing my manicure the same way, but with other bits.
Love your videos! I try to take care of my nails at home too but I don’t have any e file. Is it a good investment?
im a big nail art enthusiast, so having an efile was a purchase i made to save time on removing nail extensions and gel polish. i only ventured into doing a machine manicure after becoming comfortable doing those things, so i wouldnt recommend purchasing one if you dont anticipate using it for strenuous tasks that would otherwise take a long time, you know?
