    Ritso, you are very charming and that is a great plus everywhere, also here, as you know by now. I wish you're going to have a good life here also in future. Good info you give!

    I’m studying Cybersecurity and want to relocate after I’m done. The US really is not safe and it gets worse everyday. I saw where it says Denmark is good as far as safety so I’m putting in on my list. I live in a very Cold State so the cold is not much of an issue. Do they have tons of tech jobs in Denmark? Do they have tons of Cybersecurity jobs there? Where can Americans find those jobs online. I LOVE that the max work hours is 37hrs. P.S just wrote an essay a few days ago about VAT in my Cyberlaw class.

    You might pay for dental bills, but only part of it as you'll get substantial support from the government. That part is substracted from the bill before presented to your (you can see the amount covered by the healhtcare system on the bill).

      But it is still expensive to get your teeth fixed! As now 75 I get my teeth cleaned from rust and food-remnants every year and I had two fillings, which an aggressive and evil, nice female Dentist claimed should be changed, and though it was costly, I let her do it, from fear of being beaten, if not! It became costly, even with the support from our Healthcare 😁!

    thank you for the helpful video! your target audience seems to be more of families/those looking to start a family, but this was still informative to me as a student simply looking to study abroad and perhaps eventually settle. one question:
    how open-minded are people in denmark in terms of collaborating, problem-solving, and of course, racism/sexism/homophobia? i read that denmark is very LGBTQ+ friendly, but i'm not too certain about the other aspects (overall liberalism.)
    i currently study in germany, but i've noticed quite the tense rigidity and tendency to stick to regulations here i.e. "what works" rather than attempt to solve problems in a more, say, outside-the-box way. they're quite grumpy too, but this mostly goes for the older generations lol, the younger people are friendly and willing to help.

    I'm south African and studying a software engineering degree right now. I've really been looking around and doing research on a European country to move to and Denmark has been high on that list.
    I'm gonna be watching a lot of your videos to try figure out everything while I'm studying(graduating in 2025 if all goes well)

      Study well and good luck! The best posibillity is through buisness. Find work in denmark with an international buisness that can help you through the social system and requirements for vis and citizenship etc. Coming here without having a job and living arangements ready beforehand is almost impossibble...

      I honestly don’t know the details, but I know you are looking at atleast 5 to 8 years of f living here and working + speaking the language before you are able to apply for PR. Takes even longer for you to become a citizen. To put it short, if PR and citizenship is a dealbreaker for you, you definitely should look at Sweden for example, I hear that takes less than 5 years.

  • @Gert-DK
    @Gert-DK Před rokem +6

    Yes, Danes will help you, if you have a genuine problem. We are all taught that you can't do/know everything yourself. You can leave your "Tarzan syndrome" in your former country. Nowadays, life is too complicated for anybody to fix everything alone.

    How many people from Africa does it take to change a lightbulb?
    Don´t worry. We´ll find out when they finally arrive in Denmark and discover what a lightbulb actually is.

      @CASHAPPMEORGETDENOUNCED Indeed. Which is exactly why you should only wanna tell jokes about people you love and respect, such as disabled people. And women etc. On the other hand, you should NEVER make fun of people who can´t take a joke. You know, people like the Swedes.
