    Shed Repo?
Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on payments and
if they fail to make their payments the shed rightfully belongs to the finance company, the buyer signs a contract giving the finance company permission to retrieve their asset if they don't make their payments.
I understand hard times happen to people and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the shed which many people do.
    Then there is this...
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it.”
    ― Albert Einstein

I had a similar wireless remote control for my 17 ton boom truck, it was incredibly handy. I've picked a number of smaller sheds with my current 30 ton rig, the big problem getting the rigging underneath, and then having to shim out so the mansard roof overhang doesn't get crushed as the rigging tensioned. BUT, I can set them over fence etc., lines, where a roll of rig like you're can't. I had one job where it, the shed, turned out to be a little girl's playhouse, and as I was lifting it over the house she was watching and bawling her eyes out! Her parent's reassured me it was all good, as she was getting some other toy even better.

@Ricoville a repossession is a repossession is a repossession. They are going to have an extremely hard time getting something to replace it for something they most likely caused themselves. As others have pointed out, unvented propane heaters is the most likely cause. Those "sheds" aren't built from the factory to live in, unless bought that way in the first place. Housing is difficult, at best, to build right for the climate you are in. A whole sub-division near me was condemned because the builder was from up north and just figured he could do the same thing in the south. Mold city.

Has mold because they set it right on the ground with no barrier, I got 8 mil plastic and I'm 3ft high, did the raise so my plumbing would work plus it's nice to be able to control any potential nature crawling, I got lighting under too so I can see at night, got two snakes and an armadillos!!!

I think they were glad to see it gone. Shed to house is not for everyone. It was set very low to the ground and the moisture probably came up and molded everything. It looked like a low-lying area.

You do a great job, transfixed watching the process, but also very sad to think some people are loosing their homes, not that it’s your problem, you just doing your job. Just wish I was rich and could fix the world.

I helped to install mobile homes for a few years and sometimes we couldn't put the house where we needed to with the truck so we would call a man who had this tiny little remote controlled bull dozer machine smaller than a VW Beetle, wow it was something to see in action!
